NOTES & RESTRICTIONS
The designated vendor for Quba Academy uniforms is: Uniforms N More, located inside Almeda Mall (adjacent to Macy’s) at 12200 Gulf Freeway, Suite 308, Houston, Texas 77034.
Girls in 4th and 5th grades are also permitted to wear an abayah, if they choose to.
All students must wear clean clothes that adhere to school policy from the first day of school.
Students who fail to adhere to this stated policy will face consquences.
Quba Academy reserves the right to restrict clothing, hairstyles, jewelry, and/or other ornaments at its discretion.
