Hafiz Memon
Director of Student Services & Middle School Social Studies
Mr. Hafiz Memon has over 15 years experience of teaching and administration at the middle and high school levels. He graduated from Texas A&M University at College Station, Texas with a major in Journalism and a minor in Child Psychology.
He taught Texas History, American History and World History at Brighter Horizons Academy in Garland, Texas, and at Iman Academy, Houston, Texas. He also taught Journalism and English Language Arts at Iman Academy.
As an administrator at Iman Academy, Mr. Hafiz served as an advisor to the Student Council, provided guidance counseling to high school students, served on the school committee for accreditation, and assisted in developing the dual credit program. He also developed and monitored curriculum development in accordance with state standards.
Mr. Hafiz has been with Quba Academy since 2014, when, as principal, he instituted the academic program for Tahfeez students, in accordance with State requirements. Since that time, Quba Academy has grown tremendously under his leadership, Alhamdulillah, and will continue to develop through the diligent plans he has mapped out, Insha-Allah.
